tax code after hitting a bit of a snag last night. garrett haake has been following all of the action on capitol hill. mitch mcconnell indicating last hour that he has the votes now. how is this going to play out over the afternoon? reporter: we expect to see a vote some time this afternoon. at this point we haven t seen the fibl bill released. mitch mcconnell says he thibs he has the votes. ron johnson signing on. jeff flake announcing he s signing on. susan collins, who has not officially committed to voting for this bill has put out a couple tweets very supportive, saying amendments she wanted to see are going to be in the final version. that leaves bob corker. he s been outspoken about his concerns about this bill, about the amount it adds to the deficit. i spoke to him earlier today and he talked a little about those
