Traffic Agency, LASTMA Arrests Three One Chance Robbers, Recovers Vehicle In Lagos

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) on Thursday apprehended three “One Chance Robbers” operating in the state and recovered their operational vehicle at Jubilee Bridge around Abule-Egba area of the state. This was revealed in a press release issued by Adebayo Taofiq, Director, Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department of LASTMA, who stated that the suspected robbers were pursued by residents of the state after they noticed a man being pushed down from their vehicle after robbing him of his valuables.

The management of the Nigerian Embassy in Vienna, Austria is corruptly charging an extra €50 for every visa application and €30 for the issuance of every passport, a Nigerian national in the European country has alleged. In an open letter addressed to the Nigerian Government, Uzoma Ahameful, a Nigerian National in Austria said the authorities of the embassy have stopped Nigerians from entering the facility with phones and started using Point On Sale (POS) machines to receive the charges.
