Its very unusual. We have never seen a point where the rate has fallen below. There are a couple of reasons for this. First of all, the fees that are often tacked on to the conforming loans have gone out. To that has made them more expensive. And the concerns about tapering and what it means for investors. It has affected conforming loans more than other loans. Gerri a lot of technical reasons coming together. They dont necessarily packaged these loans and resell them. They are getting great yields.
