EDINBORO — Interim president Laurie Bernotsky signed a proclamation this week designating Nov. 6-10 Military and Veterans Appreciation Week at Pennsylvania Western University.
PennWest Edinboro’s campus will be filled with the colorful traditions of Scotland during the 29th annual Highland Games & Scottish Festival from Sept. 7 to 9.
Free movies will be shown in Erie s Perry Square and in Edinboro. The SeaWolves will show movies for $5. Sunset Drive In is $9 for adults, $4 for 7-11.
