All Pennsylvania businesses are now allowed to operate at full capacity. The state s capacity-limit mandate ended Monday after it was put into effect a year ago. The only COVID-19 restriction left in the state is the one mandating unvaccinated people still be required to wear masks. That will expire on June 28th or when 70-percent of the state s population is fully vaccinated, whichever comes first.
Pennsylvania restaurant owners say it will be a long time before they re operating at 100-percent. Monday, all remaining COVID-19 restrictions in Pennsylvania were lifted except for mask-wearing. Some restaurant owners say the industry is plagued by a combination of lack of employees, product and customers. They also say some places are raising prices due to food shortages and supply chain issues and some customers are still a bit leery about COVID-19.
