Water is a necessity, a lot of people take it for granted until you don t have it, said Hinds County Emergency Management worker Joey Perkins.In order to help people who live in or near the Elton Park Apartment, the Hinds County Emergency Management Agency organized a water drive Sunday. It s not like it is a hand-me-down.
