Fawad Chaudhry condemns Khaqan Abbasi s attitude towards NA Speaker
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has condemned the attitude of PML-N’s Shahid Khaqan Abbasi towards the Speaker National Assembly in Tuesday’s session and said that it was unfortunate that he had been the country’s Prime Minister.
Talking to media after the National Assembly session, Fawad Chaudhry said that Shahid Khaqan does not know how to address the Speaker and his attitude is always hypocritical. The former PM adopted the attitude of a bully in today’s session, he added.

Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Tuesday gave the PPP and the ANP one more chance to review their decision of parting ways with the opposition alliance, a private TV channel reported him as saying at a press conference here.
“The Pakistan People’s Party and Awami National Party can still review their resignations and return to PDM,” Fazl said while talking to media persons in Islamabad alongside other leaders of the alliance, including PML-N’s Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Ahsan Iqbal, following a meeting of the PDM. “The PDM was not formed so that we bicker over one position or the other. KARACHI: As member parties of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) continued to level serious allegations against each other amid the show-cause notice controversy, the Pakistan Peoples Party’s central executive committee after two-day deliberations on Monday decided to quit the alliance and demanded an ‘unconditional apology’ from office-bearers of the alliance for their ‘obnoxious conduct’.
While announcing the decision at a press conference at Bilawal House, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari said: “We believe in politics with mutual respect and trust. The same ideology we follow within the alliance politics. The PPP CEC demands unconditional apology to ANP [Awami National Party] and PPP for this obnoxious conduct. The PPP stands by ANP in this regard and we will not abandon them under any circumstances.”
