Officers have said they are very concerned that people have been taking the pills, which have DAN 5620 marked on one side and 10 on the other side, for recreational use. These particular pills turn the user s tongue blue and can make them appear to be heavily under the influence of drink or drugs.

A passing motorist discovered a couple dozen packages abandoned in the woods Feb. 17, and it’s a two-pronged effort to discover who was responsible. Plympton Police, who believe that the packages were in the woods for two or three days, called all recipients of the packages that were recovered. Residents with overdue packages were directed to contact Amazon directly at 888-280-4331. Several packages were reported to be addressed to Kingston residents.

A couple dozen Amazon packages were found in the woods in Plympton

February 18, 2021 A “couple dozen” Amazon packages were found off Brook Street in Plympton on Wednesday, and police are continuing to investigate. A driver spotted the packages, according to police. Authorities believe they had “been in the woods for 2-3 days” and were headed to recipients in Plympton and Kingston. “PPD will be calling all recipients of packages that were recovered on Wednesday,” police said in an update on Thursday. “Those notifications will take place within the next 24 hours. If you live in Plympton or Kingston and feel you have [an] overdue Amazon delivery, please call Amazon not PPD. If we have your package you will be hearing from us. Amazon is actively assisting our investigation and is conducting their own internal review.”
