Driver crashes into tree and is arrested for drug possession in Marshall County By: Benjamin Pilarski
The driver was identified as Andrew Mitchell, according to the department.
The investigation by police determined Chevy Malibu, Mitchell was driving, had left the road and struck a tree.
Over a pound of Marijuana and 7.7 grams of Methamphetamine was found close to the vehicle.
Mitchell was arrested for Possession of Marijuana a Level 6 Felony and Possession of Methamphetamine Level 4 Felony, according to the department. Share this article:
