A girl holds a bake sale to raise money for her dad s funeral. She and her mom were grateful to all the people who have helped them raise money because they did not have enough savings.
According to a GoFundMe page, Kaylei Miller s dad, Jason Barton, died on January 3 due to a car crash. The 35-year-old dad did not have insurance or enough savings, so his family had to earn money through a fundraiser for his memorial service.
Growing up without a dad
On the donation page, a relative wrote that it is heartbreaking to know that their relative s dad would be growing up without their dad. The person also said that a kid would never think about the death of a parent.

A family farm rises after its fall due to the pandemic. Neighbors support them by leaving generous tips and spreading the word about the products after they have sent hundreds of emails.
Ralph and Lisa Turner used one-fifth of an acre in Freeport, Maine, to launch a farm called Laughing Stock in 1996. Since then, they have been producing quality vegetables and selling them to restaurants over the years.
The company website proudly states that its goal is to produce quality and fresh local vegetables to work hand in hand with other businesses to help the family sustain their farm to help serve one another for the years to come.
