Te Whakatōhea will be initialling its Draft Deed of Settlement with the Crown tomorrow, however, Te Upokorehe, an iwi group opposed to having its claims included in the Whakatōhea settlement, claims the Crown will be in breach of the Treaty of Waitangi.
