But, the artist said that they were not referring to a particular classmate at that time and they had no intention of bullying or hurting anyone. While proven innocent of school bullying, SEVENTEEN Mingyu still apologized to the accuser for causing them a hard time or making them feel uncomfortable through his words and actions. The accuser accepted his apology, and also made clear that they don t wish for the K-pop idol to halt his activities or leave the group.
Mingyu s agency further stated that before they released this official statement, they confirmed the content with the accuser first. The label then expressed their hope that the person who accused SEVENTEEN Mingyu of school bullying will no longer have any more arguments concerning the issue.
