Employers urged to sign up to ground-breaking jobs fair Date published: 09 February 2021 Organisers are calling for local employers to register their interest for the unique event where there will be access to a huge pool of talent across the region Employers are invited to sign up for a brand-new virtual jobs fair in April, which aims to provide more than 5,000 new opportunities for jobseekers across the region. The first event of its kind in the UK, NorthWestWorks4U will establish a connection between jobseekers and companies as the economy faces continued challenges resulting from the pandemic. The employer-led virtual jobs expo will run over three days, April 6-8, and will showcase at least 5,000 jobs in all growth sectors.

All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) has also decided to revive the anti-CAA protests from Saturday by starting ‘Gono Hoonkar’, meaning public outcry, the agitation aims to press for repealing of the act.
