Thousands of child activity centers sold exclusively by Walmart are being recalled in the U.S. after more than 100 reports of the units breaking, some of them involving minor injuries.
The Dorel Juvenile Group and CPSC have announced a voluntary recall of about 115,700 Cosco Jump, Spin & Play Activity Centers because the activity centers’ straps can detach or break while a child is in the activity center, posing fall and injury hazards to the child.
