But maybe you dont remember what he said, the second thing he was going to do. He was going to defund both the national endowment, that was the second thing was going to do on his first day in office. These endowments are in the sights of the republicans because they would like to get rid of them. Mister chairman, this is a good amendment but the one thing thats missing is a sentence calling for increase in the funding of these endowments. We are getting less money now than when obama came into office the cause of the sequester and i dont know if its possible to add a sentence. So. Hang on.
