SINGAPORE, 6 May 2021: Hilton appointed Clarence Tan as senior vice president, development Asia Pacific, effective 1 May. With more than 20 years of experience, he joins Hilton from the international hotel management and development company Valor Hospitality, where he served as the principal and corporate advisor. Clarence Tan. He also served as  Group CEO at Millennium & Copthorne and worked at IHG in several senior leadership positions, including as chief operating officer for Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. He will be based in Hilton’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, reporting to both Hilton Asia Pacific president Alan Watts, and chief financial officer and president global development, Kevin Jacobs.
