Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced business combination (the “
Transaction”) where it first consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on a one for 253.7067059 basis (the “
Consolidation”), changed its name from “Stralak Resource Inc.” to “Hempsana Holdings Ltd.” and then acquired Hempsana Inc. (“
Hempsana”). The common shares of the Company are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “
BB1 Acquisition Corp. Announces Dividend-in-Kind of Units of PlantExt Ltd.

Dividend ) of 9.2 million units of PlantExt Ltd. (
PlantExt ) held by BB1 (
PlantExt Units )
pro rata to the holders of record of outstanding common shares in the capital of BB1 (the
