After a six month wait, Ormond Beach residents will have their chance to speak to the entire City Commission about their concerns about development near the Scenic Loop.

The plan for Plantation Oaks was originally scheduled for public comment in late July. The agenda item was postponed then out of concern that a large audience would make it difficult to ensure proper social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
