South Africa – On December 4, a fire broke out at South Africa’s second-largest crude oil refinery in Durban. The incident occurred at the plant at about 7.10 am (05:10 GMT) and seven workers have been injured, according to news reports. The fire was brought under control and put out by firemen at 8.45am (06:45 GMT) on the same day.
