Clock stopped on $130m Coast development decision

A development application has been lodged for a material change of use for 1 Power Rd, Buderim, to build 110 units. It would have 55 one bedroom and 55 two bedroom units. The design of the proposed development is contemporary in nature with buildings that are articulated and afforded variation in building materials and treatments, the report said. If approved, the project would be delivered in four stages.
