A vacant lot approved for apartments near the routes 91 and 691 corridor in Meriden has sold for $1.7 million to a Pennsylvania-based development group.
The 7.8-acre commercial lot at 406 Bee St. was sold by JHM LLC of Lexington, Mass., to Bee Street Apartments LLC and principals Keith L. Lenhart and Daniel J. Mancosh in a deal recorded Aug. 1.
Lenhart is president and Mancosh director of AR Building Co. Inc., out of Seven Fields, Pa.
The lot is located in the Bee Street, Preston Avenue area of Meriden, with easy access to routes 91, 691 and 15.
