Seems to me that the last two we are going to have to sort of say meets a certain number of them but i dont think realistically that many businesses can do all of those things in those last two bullets. They may be missing one element there and i dont think that should exclude them. They are all quite significant. So i think we have to decide whether if they meet one then that. One of the two, or even in these two theres different elements so theres more than two. So i think we need to kind of think realistically woo a business would have been able to have done.
