LITTLETON Proponents of an Amazon facility have agreed to reduce van parking and other measures to meet traffic and safety concerns.
However, concerns remain, including from nearby Boxborough.
Wakefield-based NorthBridge Partners, owner of the former Digital site at 151-153 Taylor St., propose a so-called last mile facility for Amazon a site for deliveries to a 45-mile radius.
Changes in plan
Following a meeting with town officials, proponents agreed to reduce parking spaces from 691 to 450.
This means a decrease from 600 to 350 delivery vans, with the difference going to 60 flex driver vans and 40 so-called buffer vans used in emergencies.
