STAMFORD After two weeks of delay and almost no debate, the Stamford Planning Board rubber-stamped this year’s capital budget Tuesday evening.
The board allotted $44.3 million to city projects for the 2021-2022 budget, not far from its $48.2 million recommendation in 2020. However, much of that $44.3 million is already spoken for by massive city projects.
