Ray brewer is live outside plaistow circuit court, where moores arraignment is underway. Ray the arraignment has just concluded, moore being held without bail. While the Attorney Generals Office hn between moore and boucher, according to neighbors moore had living with boucher at her home. Richard moore is charged with Second Degree murder. No plea was taken on that. According to the Attorney Generals Office, he stabbed the victim multiple times. Neighbors say that boucher had lived at her home at 23 caramel drive for over 20 years. The ags office says that she was murdered back on friday, september 2. However, her body wasnt investigators with the state Police Major Crimes unit continued to comb the house and backyard for evidence.
