The man who failed to attend his sentencing several times following his conviction for fraudulently obtaining personal and business data from data services firm Experian has been denied bail.
After a Gauteng businessman failed to attend court for a third time on Monday for his sentencing for fraud, the presiding magistrate ordered his immediate arrest.
