A Pittsburgh man wanted in connection with a vehicle crash in the city last Saturday was arrested Thursday. Andrew Nelson, 43, was apprehended by the Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Public Safety spokeswoman Amanda Mueller reported.
