As the pandemic continues, Otto s Tacos, based in New York, has pivoted into off-premise, digital-only sales â vacating its four brick-and-mortar locations, which closed in March because of COVID-19. We ve been building Otto s Tacos for seven years in New York City, but, unfortunately, we are one of the many restaurants affected by the global pandemic and had to shut down all our physical locations, Founder Otto Cedeno said in a company press release. We saw an opportunity to stay in the fight and continue to service customers who loved our tacos by re-launching our brand as a delivery-only model through our new partnership with Mighty Quinn s Barbeque.
