Pismo Preserve reopens to the public Monday

The San Luis Obispo County Land Conservancy re-opened the Pismo Preserve Monday.
The Preserve will be open on weekdays only until further notice to reduce crowds and avoid the busiest days.
Trails will be one-way only and the Land Conservancy recommends starting hikes off the range road to the south of the restrooms and kiosk.
Guests are required to have masks on them while on the trails and wear them when passing others.

The Pismo Preserve is re-opening beginning on Monday.
The Land Conservancy of SLO County announced Wednesday that the 900-acre area will be open Monday to Friday from dawn to dusk. The trails will remain closed on weekends until further notice.
The Land Conservancy states:
Masks must be available or on your person at all times on the trails. It does not need to be worn at all times but needs to be put on when passing others on trails or when you are within six feet of other people.
