Four preliminary winners were announced after the second night of preliminary competition on Wednesday at Township Auditorium in Columbia.
Miss Hartsville, Jill Dudley, won the Talent preliminary in the Miss South Carolina competition. She performed a vocal rendition of “Never Enough”.
