We officially opened in may of 2015, and we count the battle of gettysburg story from a new perspective, one that focuses on both the military aspects as well as the civilian perspective. Mr. Hernandez, after conviction, was assigned to a federal prison in West Virginia and in 2016, he escaped from that mediumsecurity prison and was transferred to atwater, california, where in may, may 12th he managed to escape the maximum security prison in atwater, which is not an easy thing to do, except for what we learned in recent weeks about the conditions surrounding that escape and that is number one, because of staffing issues in federal prisons and the decision to rely more on technology, the guard towers at many maximum Security Prisons around the country are now vacant. Mr. Hernandez was able to defeat some of the fencing, the technology around the perimeter of the prison, by managing to scale the electified fencing and nonelectified fencing to make his way to freedom.
