A 54-year-old Chatham man is facing several charges after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend and later pretending to be a police officer to enter her home in Blenheim.
He reportedly assaulted and threatened her while in her vehicle at approximately 2 a.m. Wednesday, Chatham-Kent police said. She was able to flee and return home.
