rafting term? yeah, it s a kayaking term. for me, it s the pinnacle achievement i can accomplish. that s the first time anyone s conquered that section of the river successfully. with it comes inherent challenges and the experience is metaphorical. how did you involved with this? what did you do with this program? i got involved after my aunt was diagnosed. i realized for especially young adults, there are very few resources available. i decided to start my own program. they re free. we use kayaking and other outdoor adventures as a form of therapy to recover from a lot of the psychosocial impacts from a diagnosis at that age.
