He was on the phone with a neighbor and that person became concerned about the mans Mental Health state, felt that perhaps he was in a Mental Health crisis, so got in contact with Fairfax County police. Fairfax county Police Responded by getting an emergency Custody Order. That means they can take this person in for a Mental Health evaluation. Sometime they put them on a hold for a day or two to make sure everything is okay but the man once Fairfax County Police Arrived decided not to come out, not to comply with that emergency Custody Order and that is where things have stood at this point. We do understand from sources that the man has threatened to harm himself and that there are two children in the home, though no threats to the children, however, theres always concern in situations like this that things could perhaps go in a very bad direction, which is why weve had such a large response from Fairfax County police.
