The Pine Bluff Advertising and Promotion Commission, the Delta Rhythm & Bayous Alliance, and the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County National Heritage Trails Task Force plan to revitalize downtown Pine Bluff by transforming a portion of it into the Delta Rhythm & Bayous Cultural District.
