winner of dancing with the stars. you remember appollo, who can forget that guy, the speed skating sensation. if he comes and wins a medal here at these games, he will become the most decorated male athlete in winter olympics history. this is a homecoming of sorts for appollo as he grew up in the pacific northwest. he will perhaps feed off the energy that is the vancouver games. and who can forget u.s. snowboarder shawn white. he burst on the scene for years ago in ontario. he won the gold medal in the half pike snowboarding. he is another favorite going in, but you cannot call him the flying tomato. he would rather have that nickname in the past and wants to stand on the name shawn white. we have a lot of color and flavor going into these games as the opening ceremonies get under way. thank you very much.
