Scalia passed away on a visit to texas, and abcs chief justice correspondent Pierre Thomas joins us with what we know at this hour. Pierre . Reporter tom, Law Enforcement sources tell me that Justice Scalia died earlier today in texas, apparent of natural causes. U. S. Marshals are at the scene, and there is no evidence of foul play.
