âWandaVisionâ comes to an end this week, answering nearly every question the show poses as Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) controls Westview. The series ends with consequences for Wandaâs actions, spellbinding conflicts and exciting setup for the Marvel Cinematic Universe to use magic more freely.
Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) and Wandaâs battle quickly changes from a generic duel â continued from the previous episode â to a moral dilemma. Agatha attempts to make Wanda willingly surrender her powers, showing the damage Wanda has done to Westview. She also attempts to appeal to Wanda by keeping Westview up for her and improving the strength of the spells to keep her illusion going. Wanda has little room to fight as each attack is absorbed and causes damage to herself as well, leading to a fascinating discussion between the two characters.Â

WandaVision Ending Explained: What Happened at the End of the Disney+ show?

The
WandaVision finale was the victim of much speculation, with viewers of the Disney+ show sharing theories it would introduce Fantastic Four into the MCU, or that the show would end with an appearance by Doctor Strange (played by Benedict Cumberbatch).
There were so many fan theories floating around, in fact, that director Matt Shakman had to do a little bit of expectations management. He told TVLine in the lead up to the release of
WandaVision, I know there will be a lot of disappointed people with some theories and some who will feel very smart, but you can t please everybody, obviously. But I hope folks enjoy the ride.

So we arrive at the finale of WandaVision. If you’ve been following the series, or these reviews, then you’ll know that the previous episode has caught you up with everything you need to know. We’ve found out the identity of Agatha (Kathryn Hahn), the true source of Wanda’s (Elizabeth Olsen) powers, Director Hayward’s (Josh Stamberg) plan, and how she came to create Westview. All that’s left is to have a big ol’ fight about it…
We’re back on Wanda’s street, where Agatha has the twins by their necks. It’s revealed that Agatha can absorb powers (“I take power from the undeserving, it’s kind of my thing”) and wants Wanda’s power for herself. Just as Wanda begins to be drained. White Vision (Paul Bettany) interrupts the party, and attacks Wanda, only for Hex Vision (also Bettany) to make the save, starting a Vision V Vision fight.
