Marchesini Group has acquired Rejves Machinery, a company from Marmirolo (Mantua) that specializes in the construction of filling and capping machines.
Mantua-based Rejves Machinery Srl will join the team of the Pianoro (Bologna) multinational, a manufacturer of technologies for packaging drugs, vaccines, and beauty products.
Rejves Machinery is an expert in developing filling and capping machines for packaging cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and food products. With this acquisition, the Marchesini Group aims to achieve new growth targets by diversify its customer portfolio even further.
(Bild: Marchesini Group) The deal with Italy-based firm Sea Vision Group will enable the Marchesini Group to create packaging lines which are even more integrated with vision and inspection systems. The acquisition aims to combine Marchesini Group’s mechanical engineering business with some of the leading software and vision companies in Italy.
