But this event, i did look at the tape and i can tell you, this event not only took 20 to 25 seconds. I mean, it was virtually no time between the officer unhooking his seat belt, turning on his body camera, getting out of the car and immediately he was in a foot chase and that foot chase went maybe a few dozen feet before he encountered this individual in a fenced yard with two houses and not really an ally way and two houses. The incident occurred very, very rapidly. So it was very fast and the individual was armed. The individual did turn towards the officer with a firearm in his hand and cant tell when the officer discharges his firearm because there were many body arm cameras. All of ours theres a 30 second delay before the audio kicks on. I dont know when the shots were fired. Its all evidentiary. Have you encouraged dci to release the video for the publics benefit .
