th 2021, marked 17 years since the passing of Dominica’s sixth Prime Minister, Honourable Pierre Charles. Pierre Charles was the Prime Minister of Dominica from 2000 to 2004 and Member of Parliament for the Grand Bay Constituency from March 1985 to January 6 2004.
