new healthcare policy? you know, it s interesting. they upheld the mandate and the purpose of mandate is to disperse the premium and to keep the healthcare costs down. ultimately that is what it s about. it s about keeping healthcare costs down and giving people access to care. just because you have healthcare insurance doesn t mean you have access to care. it doesn t address the physician shortage with it. we massachusetts when everybody got coverage, they all ended up in the emergency room because there aren t enough primary care doctors. just because you have health insurance doesn t mean you have access to care. greta: if you are saying that this new law is disservice to us because it s one thing to have health insurance and one thing to get the medical care. so is that a failing of the new law? i think also this idea of this mandate which you think if
