if it s going to be a deal to b made, it s got to come from congress. i think they ve got a couple more, but i don t see the president compromise on the wal at this point. democrats used to be in favo of some sort of a wall they use to be in favor of border security, but now it seems like things have really changed. let me ask you, what is wrong with border security, why is that all of a sudden become taboo with democrats? i don t think it has. i think the president outlined in his campaign that there woul be a wall, that is basically a little bit so to speak. they cannot negotiate out of that deal. have historically democrats hav voted in favor of some of the border security. if you draw a line in the sand
. i believe pushes us back to the point where congress and the executive branch article one an article two are the way the founding fathers originally intended. he should veto it. hopefully that does bring them together. someone can emerge. border security and the wall, you re right, democrats supported the wall with president obama in 2012. this is become more of a campaign issue. i think that s the unfortunate aspect of this. if there was a deal to be made on baca, i can tell you i was involved in a lot of those negotiations. we are going to have to interrupt and ended there. were out of time. thanks so much,
these federal workers want the walbergh the only one that doesn t want the wall as the democrats because they don t mind open borders. open borders mean massive amounts of crime. the democrats don t want it because they don t want open borders. and yet every one of those democrats approve the wall or offense are very substantial barriers. every single one. i don t think there s one that lets use the word almost everyone approved the wall or offense or exactly what were talking about. and that was three years ago. over the years, everyone of the and only time they went against it, the only time they went against it only one time when donald trump said we want to build the wall. as soon as i said we wanted to build the wall they were all against it. take another example. take comey. everybody hated comey and thought he did a horrible job.
we thought they had risen to fast enough that we get that fixed and he also talked about the need for a border wall as you heard there. you heard him call it a wall, offense, and a barrier in the same sentence, does it make any difference to democrats what yo calls it? anzac, let me start with you. i don t really think so. i think one of the things that is interesting to . out is that the president has had the house and the senate fo the last couple of years i thin one of his real issues isn t with the democrats but with his own party is far as support for the wall offense. the democrats were willing to come to a deal last year in exchange for daca, and it was shot down, so i think there is deal to be worked on border security there probably is some sort of a deal that would allow the president to save face on this i think what it needs is a adult in the room. i think the only people to care about the blame game are people
the reasoning too fast because they think that the economy is so good. i think that they will get it pretty soon. the fact is that the economy is doing so well that they raised interest rates and that s a goo form of safety and away. president obama didn t do much of that. we have a normalized interest rate which means it s good for lot of people. they have money in the bank. for many years and what he got interest on their money. i have great confidence and our companies. our companies are the greatest in the world and they re doing really well. they have record kinds of numbers. i think it s a tremendous opportunity i can tell you when the government going to be open. i can tell you it s not going t be open until we have a wall,
