Physical and mental fatigue after Covid-19: Is there a solution?

Patients who have had Sars-CoV-2 infection (Covid-19) show long-term effects, even after months from the end of the acute infection. Symptoms include chronic fatigue and mental consequences such as anxiety, disturbed sleep, difficulty in concentration, memory, and difficulty in usual activity.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Starting next month, health care workers and first responders in the Texas Panhandle will have more access to free group therapy.
In an effort to help her students gain the experience they need and provide support for her friends working essential jobs, West Texas A&M University professor Alyson Morgan created “Thriving through the Pandemic”; a series of online therapy sessions, run by graduate students.
