Students of a Pimpri Chinchwad-based college are claiming that the college is holding back their examination forms because of non-payment of the tuition fees despite an announcement by the
Savitribai Phule Pune University (
SPPU) that no college should hold back the examination form if the student fails to pay the fees.
While on one hand, the pandemic has affected the income of the households that these children belong to, the stress of not being able to give the exam and failing especially for those who are in their last semester, is only adding to the woes.
