Missing man may have been spotted asking for directions as safety fears grow A MAN missing from Paisley may have been spotted asking for directions as fears grow for his safety. A man matching the description of Phu Cu Cao, who has been missing from Christie Street since Friday, April 30, was seen lost in Glasgow Road, Paisley the same day. The 34-year-old Vietnamese national was previously described by police as having limited knowledge of the Renfrewshire town or Glasgow. He is known to travel, police said, as they urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward. The 34-year-old is described as five feet and seven inches tall, with short black hair.
