Witnesses say the man was brandishing a knife. A homeless man who stays in the area tells me that man walked over to a parking lot across the street. The man was saying things that didnt make sense, waving around a knife that was about a foot long and then police arrived. And for the police in this vicinity, he is saying hey, you find me, you find me. He was nice just like this. And then when he put his hand like this, they would time it out. They said that subject was acting as if you were high or crazy. Officers were dispatched to the scene. They found the subject was walking across the street to the north. They contacted him in the lot. And multiple charges were required shortly after that. And

Firefighters say that is an indication that the fire could whip up here later this afternoon. So they will likely be focusing their air attack here to try and calm it down.
