The company will offer for subscription 1,000 new shares at a price of 9,900 levs apiece.

Phoenix Capital Holding will offer 1,000 new shares at a price of 9,900 levs apiece, the company said in a statement on Tuesday. Phoenix Capital Holding currently has a registered capital of 100,000 levs divided into 1,000 shares. If the issue is fully subscribed, the company will double its registered capital. The company tried to increase its capital on several occasions this year, but failed to obtain approval from the financial regulator for the procedure.
