It is with extreme sadness that the family of Anthony John Melideo, announce his unexpected passing on April 17, 2021, at the age of 48, while doing something he loved.
Anthony was born on August 3, 1972 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He worked as a Project Manager for Manshield Construction, until his MS took over and then he became a stay-at-home dad. He loved fishing, camping, taekwondo, spending time with his family and friends, playing crib with his children, and we cannot forget the Philadelphia Flyers.
Anthony’s love for the outdoors took him and his family to Dog Lake for a few summers now. He loved being there with his “camp family”. He could often be found yelling at people to “slow down” or spending time on his boat. If there was a fire going, you would most likely find him there, even if it was 3am. Anthony always had a good story to tell or one to be told about him after a night around the fire. Our fondest memory of him at camp would have to be the time he
