Local governments named the month of March ‘Be a Children’s Champion’ Month during the recent Richmond City Commission meeting and the Madison County Fiscal Court.
Volunteers are eagerly anticipating the arrival of Kids Mall Madness, which made its return last year as part of regular Children’s Champions programming.
